CRANKSHAFT BEARING & SEAL KITS
Feature Koyo Precision Japanese crank bearings. Crank seals have been updated with a carbon/fluorocarbon sealing lip to extend crank pin life by reducing dry start friction on 2 stroke engines.
TAPERED STEERING STEM BEARING & SEAL KITS
A direct replacement for OE taper bearings. Kits contain upper and lowers bearing sets and seals. Upgrade ball-type steering bearings to heavy duty taper bearings which provide higher torque loads and better wear than ball style steering bearings.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE CHAIN ROLLERS
A complete line of direct replacement chain rollers. Special design, low drag outer seals (34, 38 and 43 mm) protect the bearings from water and dirt. Tough Polyurethane roller material is designed to take a beating and keep on going.
FORK & DUST SEAL KITS
Lower Stiction, Longer Life! Patented fork seal design features a balanced 2 lip design on the oil (pressure) side that evenly distributes the pressure reducing operating temperature, wear and friction. A 3rd lip on the air side acts as an additional wiper to prevent dirt from contaminating the oil. A custom elastomer reduces stiction (friction) from 1/3 to ? less than the OEM seals for smoother fork action. All Balls has developed a complete wiper line.
REAR SHOCK SEAL HEAD ASSEMBLIES
Competitively priced, complete assemblies are ready to drop into the shock body. Seal heads feature 6061-T6 Aluminum bodies with air bleed holes and special design oil and dust seals to assure maximum dirt and contamination exclusion over the life of the seal head
SWING ARM REPAIR KIT/LINKAGE REPAIR KIT
The most comprehensive line of swing arm and linkage kits in the Industry. One kit does it all! All of the bearings, seals, shafts and bushings required in one all inclusive kit to do the job correctly and completely. Bearing shafts are manufactured with 52100 bearing steel that is thru-hardened and centerless ground for a precision fit and extended wear. All steel spacers are case-hardened and plated to resist wear and corrosion. Swing Arm kit using thrust needle washer bearings have been replaced with Teflon Bearings. These are designed to live longer in water and dirt. Linkage kits contain the lower shock bearing assembly.
NOTE: Swing Arm Linkage Kit: The swing arm linkage kit also contains the lower shock bearing kit. This allows the customer to do a complete linkage rebuild with one kit rather than having to purchase a linkage kit and a shock bearing kit.
